Rental Information
Plan a community event or special fundraising activity on our spacious, well-landscaped grounds. Organize a tented party and a private tour of the Martin Mitchell Mansion. Enjoy an engaging company picnic in a dedicated location on Naper Settlement's grounds. We work with you to make your special event a success.

Rental includes:

• Choice to tour Naper Settlement's historic buildings during open hours (additional fees may apply)
• Four-hour rental on a private, dedicated grounds location
• Picnic-style table seating for approximately 115-135 people, if requested (includes 17 standard wooden picnic tables and three special needs wooden picnic tables)
• Tent rental and set-up, which is handled by the renting party
• Use of the lawn for activities such as volleyball, bocce ball, croquet and horseshoes; renters must provide their own equipment
