Rental Information
A gate buyout refers to a renter who purchases the rights to use the grounds at Naper Settlement and determines whether or not to charge their own admission for their specific event.

Due to the individuality and complexity of these types of rentals, each is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You can be assured that your request will receive our dedicated attention to help develop an appropriate solution for your event needs.

Rental includes:

• Choice to tour Naper Settlement's historic buildings during open hours (additional fees may apply)
• Four-hour rental on a private, dedicated grounds location
• Picnic-style table seating for approximately 115-135 people, if requested (includes 17 standard wooden picnic tables and three special needs wooden picnic tables)
• Tent rental and set-up, which is handled by the renting party
• Use of the lawn for activities such as volleyball, bocce ball, croquet and horseshoes; renters must bring their own equipment
